张璇，女，山东济南人，1978年1月出生，北京邮电大学军事学博士。现任山东财经大学副教授。
教学方面，先后为本科生主讲过《高等代数》、《密码学与信息安全》、《信息论基础》、《线性代数》、《微积分》、《概率论与数理统计》等课程，曾获得山东财经大学第一届教学奖三等奖。
科研方面，先后在《IEICE Trans》、《电子与信息学报》等期刊上发表论文10余篇，其中3篇SCI检索期刊论文，3篇EI检索期刊论文，3篇EI检索国际会议论文；参与多项国家自然科学基金、省自然科学等研究项目10余项。先后多次获得山东财经大学优秀科研成果奖。
1996.9－2000.7济南大学数学教育专业毕业，获学士学位；
2000.9－2003.7山东师范大学基础数学专业毕业，获硕士学位；
2006.9－2011.3北京邮电大学军事学专业（密码学方向）毕业，获博士学位。
