李善海，男，副教授，山东临沂人，1975年10月出生，中共党员，上海交通大学理学博士, 美国Auburn university 访问学者。
教学方面，为数学与应用数学专业本科生主讲过《高等代数》、《复变函数》等课程，为其他专业本科生主讲过《线性代数》、《概率论与数理统计》《经济数学》等课程。
科研方面，先后在《中国科学》、《Discrete Mathematics》、《Ars Combinatorial》等国内外期刊上发表论文10多篇，其中SCI检索4篇，EI检索1篇；作为主要研究者承担国家自然科学基金、国家社会科学基金、省科技厅、省教育厅等研究项目8项。曾获得山东财经大学“年度科研突出贡献奖”二等奖和山东财经大学优秀科研成果奖一等奖、二等奖、三等奖各一项。
目前主要研究方向：组合设计、组合计数、数量经济等。

2002.9－2006.7上海交通大学应用数学毕业，获博士学位；

2009年11月—2011年7月山东经济学院副教授；
2011年7月至今山东财经大学副教授。
